SEO Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy. The ideal candidate will improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions through both on-page and off-page SEO tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search rankings.

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for search engines.

• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

• Manage link-building campaigns and partnerships to improve domain authority.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing practices.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with the development team to resolve issues.

• Track ROI and KPIs for SEO initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with measurable results.

• Deep understanding of SEO tools, techniques, and algorithm changes.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website development.

• Experience in paid search and digital marketing integration.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
