About the Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy. The ideal candidate will improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions through both on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search rankings.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for search engines.
Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Manage link-building campaigns and partnerships to improve domain authority.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing practices.
Conduct technical SEO audits and work with the development team to resolve issues.
Track ROI and KPIs for SEO initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with measurable results.
Deep understanding of SEO tools, techniques, and algorithm changes.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic website development.
Experience in paid search and digital marketing integration.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
